GAT's microencapsulation technology offers possibilities for a variety of ingredient sources or categories for incorporation into foods and beverages. The specialty category was created to test new ingredient concepts and serves as a playing field for our internal R&D teams. More importantly, it allows GAT to offer customized formulation development services to its existing or prospective clients in a simple and efficient way, whether a client would like to incorporate different ingredient sources in our existing products or develop new microencapsulated food additives.
