has coordinated a project termed "French Paradox - Red Wine Extract
Food Additives" within the 6th EU-Framework Programme for Research,
Technological Development and Demonstration which has been featured as a
showcase project by the EU on various occasions. The latest European Commission's
SME Community Research documentary features a movie clip on this project.
The clip on the French Paradox project can be viewed below.
PARADOX PLY, the product developed in this research project, is available in GAT's standard product portfolio, enabling functional food and beverage producers to provide consumers with the health benefits associated with red wine without having to sacrifice taste or altering the shelf lives of the food or beverage.
